  • 1 cup streusel topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the sour cream and vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full with batter.
  6. Sprinkle streusel topping over the muffins.
