  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs

  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add in pumpkin puree, eggs, vanilla extract, and spices. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour pumpkin mixture over the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set.
