- 1 pound ground meat (beef, chicken, or turkey)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, pineapple chunks, green onions, garlic powder, ginger powder, and sesame oil.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, heat teriyaki sauce over medium heat until warm.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, toss them in the warm teriyaki sauce until coated.
