  • 150g caster sugar

  • 200g self-raising flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Melt the dark and milk chocolate together in a bowl over simmering water.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter, caster sugar, and light brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in the melted chocolate mixture.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine the self-raising flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  7. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  8. Fold in any remaining chocolate chunks.
  9. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking tray.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until slightly firm to the touch.
  11. Let cool on a wire rack.
