- 100g milk chocolate
- 175g unsalted butter
- 150g caster sugar
- 150g light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 200g self-raising flour
- 100g cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Melt the dark and milk chocolate together in a bowl over simmering water.
