  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 cup cooked rice or noodles

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger; stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add the bell peppers and broccoli; stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in the teriyaki sauce and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve over rice or noodles.
