  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • ½ cup chopped pistachios

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla.
